Year 5 has been such an Ammmmaaaaazzzzziiiiinnnnngggg school year. We've been to Scotland, performed plays, had an amazing sports day and many other excting events that has took place this year!
Starting from the begining cross-country!
At the begining of the year our school did cross country. We went to the nearest high school, ( St Cecilia's) and ran around their massive field 2 times! Yes 2 times!
I was exchausted at the end but it was worth it, because.......... I came fourth! woohooo!
Next Mrs Taylor Leaves
Unfortunatly our reallyu nice teacher, Mrs Taylor, Left on maternity leave. ( sad )
Lockerbie manor!
After Mrs Taylor left Year 5 and 6 went to Scotland! We went to this adventure place called Lockerbie Manor for a week. I was really fun and it was the best school trip I have ever been on!
SATS
The year 6 had to do SATS but year 5 just chillaxed and made board games! ( Cool huh?)
Alice the Musical.
The juniors ( Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6) Performed the play Alice in wonderland. I got the spot as.......
Alice!!!!!!!!!!!! and all the Y6 girls were jealous!
I had to sing and remember tons o lines but it was worth it, as the real perormance went down a storm! I had endless 'well dones' and pats on the backs and stuff like that! My mum and dad were really proud of me and I was proud of myself, I have never been the star roll in a play before. ( It is really fun!)
The end of the Year
I am writing this at the end of the Year. the Year 6's are leaving the school, I will be moving up into their spot! Can't wait until the summer holidays!
I have probably left out or forgot some event because there was soooooo many but I definitely included all the major events!
